Cancellation & Rescheduling – 48 Hours

All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the official App or website only.
Emails, text messages, or other communication methods are not accepted. -
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the class start time.

Late cancellations will be charged in full or counted as a used session.

All appointments must be secured with a valid Visa, MasterCard, or prepaid package.
Late Arrival Policy
-
Clients arriving 35 minutes late or more will not be allowed to enter the studio or join the class, and the session will be counted as used.
No-Show Policy
-
A no-show (missing a booked class without canceling through the App or website) will be charged in full or counted as a used class.
For Monthly Unlimited Members
To maintain fair access for all clients:

1st No-Show: Booking privileges suspended for 1 week.

2nd No-Show (within the same month): Membership terminated immediately without refund.
Group Class Cancellation Policy

Group classes may be canceled up to 48 hours before the class starts.

All no-shows will lose their paid session.
Proper Attire
-
Pilates grip socks are required for all Pilates and Barre classes for safety and hygiene.
-
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear suitable for movement.
Health Conditions

Clients who are pregnant, injured, or have medical conditions must assess their own suitability before attending class.

The studio does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for personal health decisions.
Equipment Use
-
All classes include access to Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, HIIT,Yoga and Barrel.
Cleanliness & Sanitization
-
All equipment, mats, and props are sanitized after every use.

Clients must sanitize their hands before practice and before using any equipment.

Wearing socks when using foot straps is encouraged.
Personal Belongings
-
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
Eco-Friendly Supplies

The studio uses biodegradable cups, tissues, paper products, and eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

Clients are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles.
-
All drinking water is filtered and maintained regularly.
Payments

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, cash, e-transfer, and studio gift cards.

All prices are subject to change; applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

All purchases are final: non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
Complimentary & Gifted Sessions

Complimentary or gifted sessions cannot be transferred or sold.
What to Bring

Reusable water bottle! As most of you know we aim to be as green as possible at the studio and switched to biodegradable cups
-
however we would encourage you to bring reusable bottles to your session.

We also want to let you know that our water is filtered and properly cleaned regularly.

Optional towel for personal comfort.
Dormant Accounts & Expirations
-
Accounts left unused for 12 months (365 days) will have all pre-purchased sessions expire.

Classes are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
-
No refunds or exchanges for unused services.
