Yasemin is a former rhythmic gymnast and a professional dancer trained in Turkey. She has been teaching pilates, barre, ballet, gymnastics and dance classes for 9 years; in addition to private conditioning and stretching classes for both beginner and advanced participants. 

Yasemin uses her foundation as a professional ex-gymnast and a dancer to bring elegance and body control into her classes. She takes pride in teaching technically detailed classes that include fun movement sequences that focus on strength, flexibility and balance, offering plenty of modification options.

With over five years of practice, I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Pranayam. My classes are designed for all levels and shapes, whether you are a total beginner or you have a wide experience, this space is always welcoming and non-judgmental, perfect to keep deepening into your practice and connecting with your innermost self.

 LidaS. teach yoga with an intentional, grounded approach shaped by my training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and trauma-informed practices. Alongside these styles, I also offer a Yoga-Pilates fusion class that blends mindful movement with strength and core stability.
My classes are designed to support mobility, body awareness, and nervous system regulation, while still giving you space to build strength and challenge yourself. Just as importantly, I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I believe yoga should meet you exactly where you are. Whether you join to build strength, reduce stress, or reconnect with yourself, my intention is to guide you with clarity, compassion, and a steady sense of ease. I’m here to help you move with confidence and leave each class feeling more connected and centered.
