Alice H. discovered the healing benefits of Pilates through her own recovery from severe back and neck pain, which inspired her to become a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor specializing in rehabilitation and posture correction. With an Injuries & Special Populations certification, she tailors sessions for clients with specific health needs, focusing on alignment, safe modifications, and a blend of traditional and therapeutic movements. Beyond Pilates, Alice has studied diet programming, enjoys exploring hidden culinary gems, and carries a lifelong passion for running, rooted in her years as a sprinter.

Anjiu W. is a STOTT Pilates Fully Certified instructor with two nutritionist certifications, offering a thoughtful and integrated approach to movement and overall wellness.

With a background in Pilates and nutrition, Anjiu focuses on guiding clients toward better alignment, strength, and body awareness; all while helping them feel good, confident, and supported in their practice. Chelsea H. worked in human resource for 7 years but fell in love with pilates around 4 years ago, and it’s been a transformative experience. Chelsea noticed such a positive impact on both her body and mind then realized that she really wanted to become a pilates instructor.

Daseul J. is a STOTT-certified Pilates instructor.My teaching focuses on strengthening the mind–body connection and helping clients cultivate greater control, confidence, and ease in their everyday movement.
Each of my classes blends essential movement patterns—flexion, extension, lateral flexion, rotation, and smooth spinal articulation—to create balanced, intentional work. Bella comes to Pilates with over 10 years of classical ballet and gymnastics training solidly behind her. Having discovered Pilates as an invaluable tool for improving both her dancing and teaching techniques when being a ballet teacher, she moved on to train as an instructor under Polestar Pilates.
Inspired by Pilates, Bella has strong beliefs in every breath and every move counts to assist participants in achieving their best sense of self. Bella brings a love of dance and movement into her Pilates repertoire. With her natural ability for imagery,
Bella’s background in movement education extends into the field of rehabilitation and functional training. Having worked closely with clients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, she integrates rehab-informed principles into her teaching — emphasizing alignment, breath, and safe progression. Her goal is to help each individual rebuild strength, restore balance, and rediscover confidence in movement, regardless of their starting point.
